A Dead Brown's Rose

It looks like Sherlock's insane fan has made a comeback. Someone was stabbed to death in Piccadilly station; from halfway up the stairs, the blood splatter looked like a rose. It was quick, probably professional, definitely someone who knew knives. Why did it have to be knives? This is going to be a messy kind of case. I'm going to need new shoes too.
